TERMS OF USE
WARRANTY
Warranty period:
Six months from delivery date; free exchange up to 2 times for frames and lenses combined
Warranty Coverage (maximum 2 times)

Covers breakage from manufacturer defects during warranty period. If the same product is not in stock, a product of equal value will be substituted.
[Lenses]
Covers any irregularities in vision experienced during everyday use.
- Damage due to deliberate misuse, negligence, or carelessness
- Loss
- Damage caused by fire, earthquake, or other natural disaster
- Change in design or color after purchase
- Frame warranties for sale or outlet products
- This warranty certificate cannot be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.
- If you wish to change the prescription in prescription eyewear you have purchased,
please bring in a new prescription. - This warranty can be accepted by other JINS stores (some exceptions apply).
- This warranty will be invalid without the original product and this warranty certificate.
If you find that you need to use our warranty, please head to your nearest JINS store or contact us at any time. We'll be happy to help.
IN-STORE DIGITAL SERVICES
By using our in-store digital services, including our digital check-in system and pickup locker service, you agree to the following terms:
1. CHECK-IN SYSTEM USAGE
You may use your mobile device to check in at our stores using QR provided on frames. You are responsible for providing accurate information during the check-in process. You must be at least 18 years old to use the digital check-in system. The check-in system is provided for your convenience and JINS reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time.
2. PICKUP LOCKER SERVICE
Digital pickup tickets will be issued for locker access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pickup ticket and access codes. Pickup tickets are non-transferable and for personal use only. Items must be retrieved within the designated timeframe.JINS is not responsible for items left in lockers beyond the designated pickup period. Locker access is monitored for security purposes. JINS reserves the right to inspect lockers if suspicious activity is detected.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USAGE
When using our in-store digital services, we collect information including but not limited to: Your name and phone number Check-in time and location QR scan data Queue management information Pickup locker access times Digital pickup ticket usage
This information is used to: Facilitate your in-store experience Manage customer queues Process your orders and services Verify your identity for product pickup Ensure secure locker access Communicate important updates about your order or service Monitor and maintain security
4. DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Information collected through our in-store digital services is subject to our Privacy Policy available at https://www.jins.com/vn/en/privacy-policy/
While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no digital system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device while using our digital services. You must not share pickup codes or access information with unauthorized persons.
5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
The digital check-in system and pickup lockers may not always be available due to technical maintenance or issues. JINS is not responsible for any technical issues with your mobile device that may prevent use of the system. Alternative check-in and pickup methods will be available if the digital system is unavailable. JINS reserves the right to limit locker usage time and frequency. Queue order may be affected by technical issues or staff operations. JINS shall not be liable for any changes in queue order or waiting time due to system malfunctions or operational requirements. JINS bears no compensation responsibility for any inconvenience or loss of time caused by queue management issues. While we strive to maintain accurate queue management, the order of service may be adjusted based on operational needs or technical limitations.
6. COMMUNICATION
By using our digital services, you agree to receive service-related communications regarding your: Store visit and order status Queue position updates Pickup availability notifications Locker access information Service completion notifications
7. DISCLAIMER
All in-store digital services are provided "as is" and "as available". JINS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the digital services. JINS is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to improper locker use.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to: Submit false or misleading information Attempt to bypass or manipulate the queue system Share or transfer your pickup tickets or access codes
