TERMS OF USE

(UBP LLC)

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. JINS is an official brand of JINS Inc., headquartered in Japan, and UBP LLC legally holds the rights to operate sales and service activities in Mongolia.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between customers and JINS branch stores with respect to service usage and product purchases.

1.3. These Terms shall become effective upon the customer's prior reading and acceptance before utilizing the services.

1.4. UBP LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is responsible for overseeing the enforcement of these Terms of Use.

2. OPERATIONS

2.1. The JINS brand, logo, name, and product designs are the intellectual property of JINS Inc. Any unauthorized copying, imitation, or unlawful use is strictly prohibited.

2.2. The Company assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of product information, pricing, discounts, and promotions displayed in stores.

2.3. Customers may express opinions, requests, or complaints through branch stores or customer service channels.

2.4. Customers shall respect and refrain from infringing upon copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. All products are sold at retail prices inclusive of VAT.

3.2. Payments may be made in cash, by card, or via bank transfer.

3.3. Products will be delivered only after payment confirmation.

3.4. In case of overpayment, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

3.5. The Company shall not be liable for delays or issues caused by internet connectivity, banking systems, or customer errors.

4. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY (Warranty Service)

Warranty cards are valid only at JINS branches within Mongolia.
The warranty period is 6 months from the date of product delivery.
Warranty cards are non-reissuable; customers are responsible for safeguarding the original.
Warranty labels enable customers to receive services at other JINS branches or online stores.

Warranty Coverage (Up to two replacements in total):

Frame: Replacement with a product of equal value in case of manufacturing defects or damages not caused by the customer.
Lens: Replacement if appearance changes due to normal daily use.

Warranty Exclusions:

Damages caused intentionally or negligently by the customer.
Lost warranty card.
Natural disasters (fire, earthquake, etc.)
Requests for changes in style or color.
Discounted products.

5.2. Any disputes arising from services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of Mongolia.

5.3. The Company shall use customers' personal information solely for order processing and service delivery, will not disclose it to third parties, nor use it for advertising or other purposes.
