1. One-time FREE Repair or Replacement of frames if damage is determined as a manufacturing defect. Valid for six (6) months upon purchased.
2. One-time 50% Discount on Frames due to damage not covered by warranty.
- ・ Replacement should be the same item or same price as the original item.
- ・ Damaged item should be surrendered to JINS.
- ・ Discount is valid for six (6) months upon purchased.
3. Thirty (30) days exchange valid in the form of JINS gift cheque at the store of purchased under the following conditions:
- ・ Item purchased should be in good and sellable condition.
- ・ Must bring valid ID, warranty card, and official receipt.
- ・ Limited to One (1) refund per customer.
4. One-time FREE lens replacement due to inconvenience in prescription within six (6) months after the item was claimed.
5. 20% discount on replacement lenses due to loss or damage not covered by warranty.
