Whatever the reason for your return or exchange, our process is as simple and stress-free as possible. You can make a return or exchange with us for up to 30-days with your proof of purchase or warranty sheet. Items must be undamaged and purchased in the United States. No return for sale items.

In-store Purchases

  1. Come in with the glasses and Reception Warranty Sheet with the sales receipt stapled, and one of our store staff will happily guide you through the return process.

Covid-19 Notice: In accordance with California's Social Distancing, our stores are currently closed. Our 30-day Return/Exchange window your in-store order will be extended until we are safely able to reopen.Thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.

Online Purchases

  1. Hold on to the box that came with your items.
  2. Contact our Customer Service at 1-800-960-6040 or use our Contact Us Form. Please have your order number ready to go.
  3. We will email you a shipping label at no charge.
  1. You may also drop off your online order at one of our store locations.
  2. Please bring the box and item(s). Online Returns will be refunded at our headquarters, once they have received it from our JINS store. It will be processed in five to seven business days, beginning on the day of the drop-off.
