Great for a certain market

I’m Asian and have a bigger head. These fit me perfectly after I adjusted the temples (which are fully adjustable on the pair, which was an unexpected added plus). Adding the faceplate does add some weight to the glasses. While it is noticeable, it isn’t unbearable - just a little heavier. I also got another faceplate in case I lose the one that came with the glasses. Overall happy!

Heavy and wide

I decided to try the frontswitch sunglasses after getting a pair of prescription sunglasses (MRF-15A-506) that I really liked. I prefer the regular sunglasses to the frontswitch. The frontswitch is heavier and wider to make space for the magnets on the outside of the frame. This makes the glasses less comfortable and they slide down my nose a bit.

I do like the convenience of being able to switch between sunglasses and non-sunglasses quickly, but it's not worth having to push my glasses up during the day.

I think I have a small head, so maybe it would work better for others.

Best Sunglasses Clip for a High Myope

I have the typical Asian face with a very low nasal bridge. The alternative fit on the Frontswitch 371 glasses fits me perfectly and these glasses do not slide down my nose like 99% of other brands. Also, I have a very strong myopic prescription; therefore, prescription sunglasses and other sunglasses clips have never looked quite right. The unique magnetic clip for the Frontswitch line of glasses is amazing and most people do not realize it's even a clip! Lastly, the price is very reasonable and overall a great value. I cannot speak to the durability of these frames having only worn them for 2 weeks, but they are well-made with no play at the screw attachments. I will definitely buy from JINS again.

Loved the concept, but there had to return them.

Loved the color, concept of the magnetic sunglasses and alternative fit. However, the frames were a little big larger than what I anticipated and the magnetic sunglass part did not fit perfectly on top of the glasses. The magnetic was stronger on the left side, leaving a tiny gap on the right side. Returned them and will come into the store to try the other Frontswitch frames, which do not have the alternative fit which I really like.
