WORRY-FREE ADJUSTMENT SERVICE

If you're newly purchased glasses don't fit, we've got you covered. If you live near a JINS Store, stop by any of our stores for free adjustments.

Or, not near a JINS Store? We got you! If you visit your local optometrist, we will reimburse up to $30 for frame adjustment services. And, if in the event they damage the frame, we will replace your frame 100% for free. Your optometrist may also be more willing to accept the adjustment service because they can’t replace a frame they don’t carry.

Here's How:

1. Take your JINS glasses to your local optometrist for frame adjustments (valid for purchases made within 30 days from receipt online or in store, including final sale items). We’ve made it simple and easy to communicate with your optometrist about this worry-free service! If you choose to do so, you can bring a copy of this one-pager summary with you.*

2. If you’re charged for the fitting service, we will cover the fee up to $30 for you.**

3. Contact us with a copy of your adjustment receipt for reimbursement. You will receive your reimbursement within 3 weeks via check.

4. Additionally, if the optician happens to damage the frame, we will replace your frame 100% for free.***

*This does not guarantee that your local optometrist or optical store will accept your frame adjustment.

**Service is applicable for JINS frames only. Optician will need to contact JINS, if they damage the frame. JINS will ask the customer to ask their optician or optical store to contact JINS directly through email for the accident. Complete easy instructions will be given to the customer after their initial contact with JINS support via email for the reimbursement.
